Neosis Industries is redefining B2B manufacturing through a decentralized network of agile teams and local workshops, offering faster and more cost-effective industrial solutions. The design challenge was to create a unified visual identity across six sub-brands, balancing technical credibility with modern, forward-thinking aesthetics.
The work included brand development, website design, corporate presentations, merchandising, and advertising materials, both print and digital. Design operations were streamlined by managing a remote team of freelancers, delivering consistent and scalable creative output across a complex ecosystem.
