We are in a crisis
People Need You More Than Ever
For decades, brands have used design to influence—sometimes at the cost of people’s well-being. Big companies spend millions making themselves look good, selling products people don’t truly need—or worse, products that contribute to the very problems we’re now trying to heal.
If design can be used to manipulate, it can also be used to empower. If it can sell suffering and addictions, it can also build trust, spark connection, and support healing.
That’s what I’m here to do.
In recent years, I’ve partnered with mental health providers, neurotech companies, wellness organizations, and holistic practitioners to create marketing and therapeutic design tools that drive real, meaningful change.
These are the 4 main challenges for human centered brands
You’re not alone
Most Mental Health Brands Face These Challenges
Gaining Trust
Struggling to emotionally connect with the communities they serve—often due to branding that feels too clinical, cold, or corporate.
Communication Gaps
Their website, and marketing materials—or the lack of these—doesn’t fully reflect the depth of care they offer.
DIY Bottlenecks
Limited time, resources, or strategy to craft meaningful tools that inspire trust and move people to action.
Unpredictable Pipeline
Over-reliance on referrals or directories instead of building a steady stream of clients through a strong, intentional brand presence.
But there’s always a way forward
Trusted by Healers, Educators, & Visionaries
“My team and I easily picked Eber and his work out of an application pool of nearly 1000 designers. His portfolio stood above the rest at that time, and his personality, work ethic, and forward-thinking strategy proved him the right hire over and over again. […] He understands marketing, brand, and creativity and works very well with other creatives and a variety of stakeholders. Eber is that unicorn hire and marketer that every brand hopes to find.”
Anna M. Marketing Director at All Points North
“Hey Eber! We recently met one of your former college professors—turns out their school is one of our clients. I told him you’re our go-to designer, and he was so proud when we shared how much we love working with you. We especially agreed on one thing: your ability to create designs that are not only beautiful but truly functional. Just wanted to call and tell you that.”

How it works?
A Collaborative, Rooted In Purpose Approach
1. Discover. Start the Conversation
This is where we begin our collaboration. We’ll hop on a discovery call to get clear on your goals, audience, and the emotional impact you want to create. I’ll ask about your services, your vision, your “why,” and the real-world problems you’re solving. This is about understanding your needs and forming a design alliance that’s tailored to you.
What this includes:
Discovery call or questionnaire
Brand + service deep-dive
Defining goals, challenges, and timeline
Sharing reference material or existing assets
2. Design. Strategy Meets Creativity
This is where the magic happens. I’ll translate our conversations into visual solutions that are as functional as they are aesthetic. Whether it’s a therapy workbook, a campaign, a new brand identity, or motion graphics for education, everything is crafted with intention and built to connect with the people you serve.
What this includes:
Creative direction + visual strategy
Design mockups and first drafts
Iteration and collaboration
Copy support or formatting if needed
Feedback rounds (usually 1–2)
3. Deliver. Final Assets & Continuity
Once the designs are approved, I’ll prep and send the final assets in the appropriate formats—print, digital, web, or social. Need files optimized for Canva or PowerPoint? Done. Need help getting a print vendor? Covered. I’m also happy to discuss ongoing design support or additional materials to keep your momentum going.
What this includes:
Final files exported and organized
Source files upon request
Print-ready or web-optimized formats
Optional support for rollout or production
Guidance for future use or internal updates
Creativity meets neurodiversity, healing, & purpose
I’m Eber, a neurodivergent creative with a purpose.
Most of my family is neurodivergent, and I’ve witnessed firsthand the weight of trauma, depression, and substance abuse in the lives of those I love.
Design became my way to create clarity where there was confusion, connection where there was isolation, and beauty where there was pain.
Today, I use those skills to support mental health and wellness brands like yours to build meaningful identities and create strategies to connect with those looking for mind, body, and soul healing.
FAQ
What if I already have a logo or website?
No problem. I can evaluate your current assets and either refine them or build around what’s working—while focusing on strategy and conversion.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! All bundles are split into monthly payments, depending on project length and budget.
Do you only work with Mental Health Brands?
I primarily work with mental health, wellness, and health-tech brands, but I’ve also collaborated with sustainability and other mission-driven organizations.
I’m not sure where to start—can we talk first?
Of course. I offer free discovery calls to understand your needs and recommend the best approach. No pressure, just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
